Arrow Adoption Makes a Forever Home in Maryland!

We rejoice with Destiny Thomas on finding her forever family! Destiny came into Arrow Treatment Foster Care in July of 2006. Since that time, Destiny has grown and matured into a caring, loving, and energetic five year old. From the very first day Destiny was placed with the Mitchell family, a strong bond developed. Destiny grew to love the Mitchells as her own family. The Mitchells became so attached to Destiny that they expressed their interest in adopting her and on October 2, 2008, their dream came true when the Anne Arundel County Courts granted Destiny’s adoption. It was an exciting day filled with much joy and tears of love. Destiny is a wonderful little girl and we wish her and her family God’s richest blessings for their life together.
