Arrow On The Air In Tyler, Texas Thanks to Skip Ogle of Suddenlink Cable, our foster parent recruitment efforts in Tyler, Texas are about to get a welcomed boost. Suddenlink has graciously offered to begin airing our new Public Service Announcement on their local cable system. You can click on the video above to view the 30-second message.
