Family of Faith Church of the Nazarene in Waco Hosts Easter Eggstravaganza for Arrow Foster Families.

Family of Faith Church of the Nazarene in Waco provided a fun filled Easter Eggstravaganza for our foster families. The church not only planned and organized the event, they provided all the workers, food, crafts, stuffed eggs, and fun things to do. Our foster families and Arrow staff members were able to just relax and enjoy the day.

The Church graciously provided face painting, sand art, horseback rides, and of course a huge Easter egg hunt. There were grilled hot dogs, chips, cookies and drinks for everyone to enjoy. And each child received a goodie bag and the choice of a stuffed animal. The smiles on the children's faces were priceless. One foster parent sent this "Thank You" to everyone at Family of Faith Church of the Nazarene...

         Thanks so much for sponsoring the Saturday Easter Gathering. It was
         absolutely wonderful, well organized, and everyone was so helpful. My
         kids had never been to an Easter Egg Hunt. They had so many questions, I
         guess I should have explained it before we went. I just kept telling them
         we were going to an Easter Egg Hunt. We take so much for granted and
         forget that these kids have not had a normal setting!

         Thanks again for the precious time this Church family set aside for these
         children. They do not know the impact that having this event had on these
         children's lives. They were still telling my mom yesterday about going in
         the grass and finding the eggs.
