Arrow Presents Annual Staff Awards and
is Inspired by Message from Rick Rigsby

Nationally recognized motivational speaker Rick Rigsby recently delivered an impassioned message to Arrow's Maryland Staff in Baltimore on a Tuesday then flew to Austin to inspire the Arrow Texas staff. Sharing what he learned from a "third grade dropout" (Rigsby's father) the heart of his message to Arrow was "Good isn't good enough if it can be better...better isn't good enough if it can be best."

Arrows annual staff awards were also presented to those nominated by their peers and selected by an awards committee. There were a combined total of 102 nominations. Congratulations to the award recipients listed below.
