Scott Kidd, Sr. V.P. of the Church & Community Alliance Division, offices out of the National Headquarters in Spring, Texas and also serves as Arrow's Corporate Counsel. Scott obtained his B.B.A. from The University of Texas (1985) and his Juris Doctorate from Baylor School of Law (1989). He joined Arrow in 2007, after practicing general litigation law in Houston for 18 years. He has served in various leadership roles with many organizations, including YMCA, Upward Basketball, and Royal Family Kids Camp for abused children. His family attends First Baptist Church of The Woodlands, where Scott and his wife teach a youth Sunday School class.

Clay Barton is the National Director for Ministry Relations and offices in Austin, Texas. Clay attended Baylor University where he earned both his Bachelor of Arts (1986) and Juris Doctorate (1988) degrees. After almost 20 years of litigation practice with McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore, L.L.P., Clay left the practice of law to serve in his current ministry position. He and his family are members of Bannockburn Baptist Church in Austin where Clay is a deacon and has been the teacher of a married couple's Bible study for the last 14 years.

Andrea Pellerin is Director of Training & Resource Development and is located at the National Headquarters in Spring, TX. After obtaining her degree in Sociology from McNeese State University in Louisiana in 1997, Andrea worked for that state's child welfare department. She began working for Arrow in 2000, leading and developing trainings and working with foster/adoptive families. Andrea has been involved in various volunteer ministries, and is pleased to help facilitate mission trips for Arrow. She is a member of WoodsEdge Community Church in The Woodlands, Texas.

Woody Edmiston himself a foster/adopt parent, is a Ministry Development Coordinator and offices in Tyler, TX. He and his wife, a children's therapist, have worked with abused children in Texas and California and like to empower people to adopt older children. A former professional business and law enforcement executive, he attended Southwest Texas State University (MS 1993). Woody attends Green Acres Baptist Church, where he serves in several adult ministries. He also participates in mission trips with his college-aged daughter. Woody authored a Christian parenting book, Why Parents Should Fear MySpace.

Suzanne Sims, herself an adoptee, is the Ministry Development Coordinator and offices in Arlington, Texas. Suzanne attended Baylor University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (1990). She then earned her Master of Science in Social Work (1992) from the University of Texas at Arlington. Suzanne worked in several inpatient psychiatric hospitals including Minirth-Meier New Life Treatment Center. She began her ministry at Arrow in 1996. Suzanne and her family are members of Glenview Baptist Church where she and her husband lead a couple’s small group.

Keith Howard is the Regional Director of Ministry Relations and offices in Waco, Texas. Keith attended the University of Central Oklahoma where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree (2002). He completed his Master of Arts degree in Religion (2008) at Northwest Nazarene University. Keith has been on staff as an Associate Pastor at Family of Faith Nazarene since September 2002. He continues in this ministry role while working for Arrow Child and Family Ministries. In addition to ministerial experience, Keith has also worked in child welfare for the past 3 ½ years.

Matt Whetzel is the Regional Director of Ministry Relations for North Texas and offices in Arlington, Texas. Matt attended Oral Roberts University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1993. This is his 15th year of involvement in church pastoral and para-church ministry. Matt spent 12 years serving with Teen Mania Ministries. He has lead students on several mission trips in various parts of the world. He is also an experienced public speaker. Matt and his family attend Mansfield Christian Fellowship, where Matt is the youth pastor.
