Yes! Arrow Child & Family Ministries in Texas is a Licensed Adoption Agency that specializes in finding Texas homes for foster children within the United States. We have also worked in International Adoptions to secure a family's home study, placement and post placement supervision.

2. How much does adoption cost?
There is No Charge to you when you adopt through us. Arrow Child & Family Ministries works with the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services and other Child Protection Agencies Nationwide to find adoptive homes for foster children. Because of this, Arrow Child & Family Ministries does not charge any fees to our Adoptive Parents. Some expense that an adoptive family might incur are:
* Legal Fees - the state can reimburse you for legal fees up to $1,500. Arrow Child & Family Ministries will connect you with attorneys that usually charge only the $1,500 that the state can reimburse; therefore, most adoptive parents pay nothing in legal fees.
* Insurance - children that you adopt will need to be added to your medical insurance. This may result in an increased fee from your insurance company.
* A family that is partnered with an international adoption agency and is looking for Arrow Child & Family Ministries in Texas to complete their home study, or pre or post placement supervision will have fees associated with each service requested.
