Arrow Home & Community Services (HCS) was created to provide customized services to individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities. Our special care enables them to reach their highest potential, gain independence and integrate into the surrounding community.

Your loved one's needs will be met by a caring, attentive staff in the least restrictive, but most supportive setting possible, allowing the entire family the opportunity to enjoy their lives to the fullest.

You will be given a service plan that is developed to meet the specific needs of the one receiving care and provide them with important developmental opportunities.

Because we believe that self determination promotes positive results, you and your loved one are considered integral service team members and a driving force in the service planning process. You'll receive support, guidance and assistance from our qualified and experienced professionals as together we develop your customized service plan.

To further ease your family's burden, your Arrow case manager will schedule, coordinate and arrange transportation for all necessary services, perform patient advocacy, and ensure daily basic and therapeutic needs are met.
