The Child & Family Programs division of Arrow Child & Family Ministries will seek, develop, implement and operate various disciplines of social service programming in order to serve vulnerable children and families in various communities across the United States and abroad.

Arrow teams up with The Regional Art Council to bring art education to foster kids

Arrow has teamed up with The Regional Arts Council (TRAC) in Tomball to offer art education for foster children, in Tomball and the surrounding areas, through fun hands-on art experiences.

Recently Arrow foster kids were treated to a day of art fun at our national headquarters in Spring, Texas. These ongoing events provide an opportunity for our kids to gain knowledge about art and gain a greater sense of self-worth and pride through their accomplishments. Cindy Bartholomew, Arrow Southeast Regional Intake Coordinator for foster care, also serves as the Chairman of the Arts & Education committee with TRAC and organized the event.
