In 1992 The Arrow Project was conceived with one vision, to ensure that children and families have access to effective and caring resources for their lives. Today, as Arrow Child & Family Ministries, our vision remains the same. We are committed to promoting and enhancing the positive growth of children and families through preventive, supportive, and therapeutic services.
My desire to help children and families grew out of a very personal experience. At age 11, I was removed from a broken and abusive home, and ultimately placed into foster care. What appeared to be devastation in my young life has brought, not only to me, but to many other children much hope, security and direction. My positive experience in the foster care system has been the driving force in the development of Arrow Child & Family Ministries.
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Arrow Child & Family Ministries’ website and invite you to become familiar with our three divisions: Child & Family Programs, Church & Community Alliances, and the Michael Reagan Center for Advocacy & Research. I hope that by visiting our site, you will become acquainted with our ministry, mission, programs, volunteer/donor opportunities and learn of our continued progress.
