Mark A. Tennant is the Founder and President/CEO of Arrow Child & Family Ministries. His passion for helping kids and strengthening families comes from his own background as a former foster child. Mark earned his pastoral degree from Oral Roberts University and in 1992 he founded Arrow Child & Family Ministries to initially provide Christian foster care. Mark has since expanded the ministry to impact children and families nationwide and beyond through three divisions: Child & Family Programs offers healing through an ever expanding array of human services; Church & Community Alliances equips and engages the local church and community for family serving opportunities; and the Michael Reagan Center for Advocacy & Research influences society to empower youth and families to succeed. Mark continues to lead the ministry into new initiatives in his heartfelt pursuit of "Helping Kids and Strengthening Families."

Faye Eson is the Chief Development & Communications Officer for  Arrow Child & Family Ministries.  Faye is a 25-year public relations and government affairs professional who served on Arrow's National Board of Directors until November 2011 when she joined the Arrow
Leadership Team. She was vice president of public affairs for Foothill Energy LLC, an independent oil and gas company headquartered in Houston. Faye began her career in television where she worked in news, promotions, public affairs programming and sales. She joined Texaco, Inc., in 1990 and managed the company's philanthropic, community outreach, media relations and government affairs activities in the central and south coast regions of California. She was subsequently appointed director of external communications at Texaco's
worldwide headquarters in White Plains, N.Y., where she was responsible for media relations activities in support of the company's international operations and served as public relations advisor to senior corporate executives. In 2000, Faye moved to Santa Barbara, California where she was senior account manager at Davies Communications. Faye served on the national boards of the League of Women Voters of the United States, the Dream Foundation and the Navy League of the United States. She currently serves on the board of the Reagan Legacy

Kellie Armstrong is the Chief Advancement & Evaluation Officer for Arrow Child & Family Ministries. Kellie received her Bachelor's Degree from Boston College and her Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida. Over the past 17 years, she has worked in the child welfare public and private arena as a social worker, trainer, analyst, consultant, clinician and administrator. She is passionate about strengthening families and ensuring their voices are heard.

Joe Leshko is the President/COO of Maryland. He earned his Master of Science degree from Morgan State University in 1985. In addition he has earned his State Certificates for Teaching Special Education, Administration and Supervision from Loyola College in Baltimore. Before joining Arrow in 1996, Joe was employed by the Sheppard Pratt Health Systems where he worked for 18 years educating and advocating for special needs students in a variety of programs and populations. Since joining Arrow, Joe has developed the Arrow Center for Education, Maryland’s foster care division, a 42 bed residential diagnostic program, and a transitional living program for adolescent females. Joe is a Board member of NAPSEC, National Association of Private Schools for Exceptional Children and the current Chairman of NCASES, their National Accreditation Board. He currently serves as Vice President for the Maryland Association of Resources for Families and Youth.

Scott Lundy is Chief Operating Officer for Arrow Child & Family Ministries. Scott is responsible for the overall operation of all program services in Texas. He ensures quality outcomes for youth in programs, fiscal responsibility, and continued growth and development of existing programs. Scott also leads efforts to change behavior intervention strategies, adjust management structure, and coordinate spiritual components in treatment planning in all programs. He has 22 years of human services program development and management experience, and he is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Child Care Administrator. Scott currently serves on committees with Youth for Tomorrow, Council on Accreditation, and Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services.
