To serve children in Texas foster care who have a variety of specialized needs, we’ve developed a variety of specialized foster care. In Maryland, our Treatment Foster Care program serves youth with histories of trauma, who have specials needs, including behavioral health, educational, and life skills needs. Our therapeutic, community-based services are designed to provide for the health and stability of families by strengthening family connections, relationships, and safety within a family’s own home.
Our first priority in all programs is care and safety. We make an active and intentional effort to prevent child abuse, including verbal, physical, emotional or sexual abuse, through implementing strict child safety protocols.
Arrow Child & Family Ministries is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and is funded in part by The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and The Maryland Department of Human Services.
