Our operations in Maryland began in 1997, serving Baltimore with foster care, diagnostic services and Specialized Education. In 2013, Arrow Center for Education Tangram was launched to serve children with autism.
TEXAS
Arrow was founded in 1992 with one office in Austin, Texas. Since then, we’ve expanded across the state with many more offices and programs to serve children and families. Our services include foster care and adoption and child sex trafficking recovery.

CAREERS
Our first priority in all programs is care and safety. We make an active and intentional effort to prevent child abuse, including verbal, physical, emotional or sexual abuse, through implementing strict child safety protocols.
